Accor House Manager Vacancies Requirments:-
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
- 2 years leadership experience within the Stewarding Department required or management experience within food and beverage.
- Experience working in a 5 Star property.
- Knowledge of OSHAS & HACCP requirements and legislation.
- Experience in working with hazardous workplace chemicals.
- Knowledge of stock management, stock control as well as cost management and budgeting.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience leading and directing a diverse workforce is required.
- Must be computer strong with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a unionized environment is considerate a definite asset.
